Attaima provides resiliency and business continuity software solutions designed to help organizations anticipate, prepare for, and respond to disruptions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features to improve the Service, subject to notice for material changes.

 

3. User Accounts and Security

  • Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Unauthorized Use: You must immediately notify Attaima of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4. Use Restrictions

To ensure the integrity of our resiliency network, users agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code (viruses, worms, etc.).
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Sublicense or resell the Service without express written consent from Attaima.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Service—including software, logos, designs, and proprietary algorithms—remain the exclusive property of Attaima. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term.

 

6. Data and Privacy

  • Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you upload to Attaima ("Customer Data"). You grant us a license to host and process this data solely to provide the Service.

7. Fees and Payment

  • Subscription: Services are billed on a subscription basis (annually).

  • Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

 

8. Term and Termination

  • Termination by You: You may cancel your account at any time by contacting the Attaima support team.
  • Termination by Attaima: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or for non-payment.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data export options are available for 90 days following termination.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attaima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Attaima in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for 99.9% uptime to support your resiliency needs, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

12. Changes to Terms

Attaima reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
