Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality systems and mentoring the next generation of developers. In this role, you won't just be writing code; you will be a key architect of our technical roadmap, helping us solve complex problems as we scale our platform to support our clients globally.

You’ll work within a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust features that provide real value to our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Design & Build: Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services and APIs.
  • Lead & Mentor: Conduct thoughtful code reviews, provide technical guidance to junior/mid-level engineers, and champion engineering best practices.
  • Problem Solve: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems while maintaining high code quality and automation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in TypeScript (Node.js/NestJS) and React with a touch of Python for serverless data manipulation.
  • Infrastructure: Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Database Wisdom: Deep experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB).
  • Systems Thinking: You understand distributed systems, microservices architecture, and how to design for high availability.
  • Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points

  • Contributions to open-source projects.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

We are looking for an innovative and hands-on AI Engineer to join Attaima and help build cutting-edge AI solutions for clients across multiple industries. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems using modern machine learning and generative AI technologies.

You won’t just be experimenting with model, you will turn AI into practical business outcomes, creating tools and workflows that automate processes, improve decision-making, and unlock new growth opportunities.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and client teams to deliver scalable AI solutions that create measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Build AI Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI applications for internal products and client projects.
  • Develop LLM Workflows: Create AI agents, retrieval systems, prompt pipelines, and automation tools powered by modern language models.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and demand.

You won’t just be selling services; you will play a key role in shaping how we position our brand, communicate our value, and expand into new markets.

You’ll work closely with leadership, delivery teams, and external partners to create revenue opportunities and strengthen our market presence.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales: Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
  • Build Relationships: Develop trusted relationships with prospects, clients, and strategic partners to grow long-term revenue.
